Halloween and Stamp of the Month
Well, for Ryan's grade 1 class I made these cute little cello bags. Inside is 1 treat, 1 crayon and three joke cards using the Booglie Eyes set. I found the trading card idea from Stampalooza Paper Art Studio

Stamp Set of the Month for November is Peaceful Wishes. I LOVE this stamp set. It's definitely a classic. Anyhow, if you order this stamp set from me before the 15th of November, I will have a little get together to mount your new stamp set and then make three projects with your new stamp set! The project class is FREE! This is the first on the agenda using the Peaceful Wishes Stamp set. Isn't this ornament gorgeous! I love these colors. Very Festive! I will reveal the other two projects over the next week and a half.

Name game tag
I was tagged by Kelly from Diaries of a Stamper to play the name game.
The NAME GAME.
The name of the game is to list one fact that is somehow relevant to your life, for each letter of your middle name. If you don't have a middle name, use the name you would have liked to have had. When you are tagged you need to write your own blog post containing your middle name and game facts. At the end of your blog post, you need to choose one person for each letter of your middle name to tag. Don't forget to leave them a comment telling them they're tagged and to read your blog.
My middle name is IRENE.
I - Hi my name is Tara and "I" am an addicted stamper......lol.
R - Ryan is my oldest son who will unbelievably be 7 in January.
E - Exercise - I hate exercises but am trying to incorporate it somehow into my life. It's all in my head at the moment.....lol. Walking to and from school with Ryan is the extent of this bodies exercise for the moment.
N - Nostalgia - being a cancer, I tend to reflect and hold on to the past a lot. Both my parents are deceased as well as my grandparents. I really miss my family and tend to "hold on" and cherish what I have left of them.
E - Events - I hoping to host a few Stampin' Up! events for the upcoming holiday season.

Funny Quiz
What scrapbooking item are you?
centerYou are GLUE!You are the adhesive that keeps things together. You go through life helping others. You stick to people and try to keep people together. You like it best when you are surrounded by people and able to help them. But Glue Beware - in your efforts to keep everyone together and with you, you sometimes overlook yourself and find it hard to keep yourself together. More About Me-Via Big Brother Jason's Blog-I Made This
Well, I was listed as most likely to respond from my Secret Big Brother-Jason. Go check out his blog if you haven't already - I Made This
Jason is a very talented stamper, as is his wife Kelly (Diaries of a Stamper) You really have to check out his The Chicken Who Did It Series.....hilarious!
Here is the more about me part:
Four place I have worked.
1. Sport & Spine Apollo - Office Manager of a sports physical rehabilitation clinic where we had physiotherapy, chiropractic, massage therapy, sport med doctor etc. A very high paced demanding, endless paperwork kind of job. I do however miss my patients!
2. Abbotsford Chiropractic Center - Where I worked the front desk for a multi-doctor office. Loved the job, loved the hours, loved the patients...I miss them too!
3. Silver Spoon Restaurant - Part Owner, did all the office stuff, payroll, ordering, inventory, scheduling, and working the front waitressing when we would get slammed. That was my favorite part of the job as I got to interact with the people.
4. People's Drug Mart in Victoria where I worked in the Postal outlet and was in charge of all Hallmark Products from ordering to displays. That was a fun job!
Four places I have lived.
1. Chilliwack, BC - where I live now
2. Yarrow, BC - which is a suburb of Chilliwack
3. Langley, BC
4. Maple Ridge, BC - where I grew up.....Only 4? I lived all over the lower mainland including Victoria
Four places I have been on vacation. Vacation? what is that?
1. Bridesville, BC
2. Kamloops, BC
3. Toronto, ON
4. Shuswap Lake, BC
Four of my favorite foods.
1. Greek
2. Mexican
3. Japanese
4. A Great BBQ steak
Four places I would rather be right now.
1. On a beach relaxing (providing I had a nanny to watch and entertain the kids)
2. Disneyland would be cool
3. Stamping and scrapbooking
4. On a cruise
Four friends most likely to respond.
1. Anyone who reads this, leave me a link in the comments so I can learn more about my blogging friends!

Altered Items
Well, here is another altered 5x5 album I made. This is like the others in that I have the section for notes, (which comes with the book), the section for addresses and the section for birthdays. Each month has a page to write down family and friends birthdays.

This is an altered purse tin using supplies that I had left from the Creative License Simply Scrappin' Kit. I didn't want to make a girly one as I have boys. I thought this would be a great idea to take cars and coloring stuff in to either a restaurant, friends house or even on a plane. With that in mind, I decorated the sides like a suitcase you used to see in the old days with stickers of where a person has been. I really like this, and I think my son will too!
