Occasions Mini Swap that I'm participating in.

Really hard to see but the girl is embossed with iridescent ice embossing powder and for a background behind her the cherry blossoms (also stamped on the inside) are stamped in crumb cake behind her.  The white tag reads "Happy Birthday"

This is a friend Valentine spinner card.  I wanted to come up with other ways to use this stamp set without having to buy the actual spinners - be more cost effective.  I'm thinking this would be a good one to make for January club....what do you think?  Also, unable to see in the photo is the little heart that says "love" stamped in white craft ink behind the spinner track.

I must say, I love this card now that it's made.  Baja breeze is one of my favorite colors.  I was so happy when they brought this color back!  Also the new cupcake punch....how fun.  More work, as you have to stamp the parts separately.  It does beat hand cutting everything out though.....I think.....hmmm, should I make this a club card too?  Or include this one in my card class?  Dilemma, dilemma...

Hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas!  All the Best for a Happy New Year!  May we all be happy, healthy, and loved!  Here's to 2011!

December Club

Everyone made 2 of these cute lumieres....there is a tealight on the inside.  Unfortunately the other 3 club projects were Christmas cards.  My mother-in-law needed some Christmas cards, so I gave them to her before I could take pictures....soooo, if you were at club and didn't mail off your cards, would you email me a picture of them please?...pretty please...:)

Teacher Gifts/Baby Announcements (gift)

I was so behind this year with everyone in our household getting the stomach flu.....glad that's over in time for Christmas!  So.....I only had time to make each of the teacher a calendar card and I gave them each a Starbucks gift card.....poor kids got nothing....I'll make up for that at Valentine's.......:)
Here are some baby announcements that I made for a friend who just had a baby boy....all she has to do now is plunk a picture on it.......hope they like them.

August card club projects - Masculine Theme....

July Big Shot Club

Here is the same card with a different way to do the sentiment....Hard to see but we used the new smooch illuminate on the embossed and debossed areas of the vanilla cardstock.

I originally did this card as a gate fold card for my July card club but decided to show how the embosslits worked and did a full card for the big shot gals.
I cased this card directly from the the front cover the new Idea Book and Catalogue.
Hard to see the glitter on the butterfly, but truly beautiful in real life!
