Sorry this is late......had to help my ailing MIL. Anyhow, had to do this the old fashioned way by printing out the comments, cutting them up and having my oldest son draw the name.........

who said: Wow! What awesome blog candy!! I am loving Night of Navy, Green Galore, and either Tempting Turquoise or Cool Caribbean or both. I saw this combo on an Old Navy shopping bag and have loved it ever since. I love designer paper, and have been pulling out all kinds...lately Bo Bunny and from the mat stacks you get at JoAnn's (I think they're called Die Cuts with a View?).

Well, I've been tagged again!
Well, I've been tagged again by Robin. If you haven't already, go check out hr site, she's got some amazing creations over there.
For this tag, I am to reveal 7 random things about me then tag seven others to do the same.
Here goes:
1: I am in Love with Bryan Adams.......he's the man. (most who know me already now this)
2: I wish I could afford an RV to take the kids on road trips.
3: I wish I had more time to watch movies. I do get out to the movie theater occasionally but never rent movies. There are so many movies I have wanted to see but haven't yet.
4: I've watched Days of our Lives since 1981 - so for 26 years. (It's been on the air since 1965)
5: I only wear my glasses when I drive.
6: As Sue would say - I have a freaky good memory......especially for names.
7: I can hum every theme song from every show on treehouse....lol. Isn't that special?
Now for 7 people: Hmmmm, who hasn't been tagged yet?
Monique - Heavenly Creations by Monique
Nancy - Inkcicles
Jill - Inkgenious
Just Give Me Stamps
Marie Loves to Stamp
Charmaine - Oodabug Alley

Hmmm.....I actually got to stamp! YAY!
A little 5x5 art journal, covered in Notations paper and mod podged with some self adhesive die cuts from the retired friends and flowers scrap kit. The little friend label at the bottom is from the retired SS kit, just delightful. I attached a little pen holder with jumbo eyelets and I stamped the small flower from baroque motifs with river rock ink in triplicate in the top left and bottom right corners of each page on the inside. (not shown)
This cutey was cased from Beate. She made this cute ladybug from the pick a petal set from the new fall/winter collection. I had to make it. I LOVE IT! I don't know if you can see, but I glittered the antennae and the trail. There is also some paper piercing right along the bottom. On the inside I stamped 'from the heart'.
Thanks for visitng....Next post....blog candy!

I feel so loved....
Thank you to everyone who took the time to make and send me a card for my birthday. This has been the best one ever! Happy mail is exactly that.....Happy makers! This card was taken at night so it kind of looks yellow, which it is not. It's made with confetti white cardstock. Can you see the glitter on the dogs hat? This is from Nadine Russell from New Brunswick AKA nsruss on splitcoast.....Thank you Nadine, I love this cute dog!
This is the anniversary card I made for my husband. Our anniversary is the 14th. I absolutely just love the double stitched ribbon. I'm going to have to order all of them I think.
Doesn't this look like a movie strip? or film strip? What a fabulous idea! This card is lot brighter IRL. The picture does not do it justice! This is from Carol Walberg in MN. AKA momcgw on splitcoast.
I love these colors together. And I believe the paper is from the sellabration SS kit. Which I LOVE. I really wish it would make it into a catty! This is from Erin with the DDSS round 8 group. Of course, those sneaky people over there keep it all a secret. They used my address as the return address...Thank you Erin, whoever you are!
I really like the punch out and how the sentiment pops through it. Of course these colors together are awesome! This card is from Chesterfield MI, but of course from the birthday club. This came with no name. Whoever you are, thatnk you for acknowledging my birthday!
This is from Sharon Click from the DDSS Birthday club. I really like this cuttlebug folder. I don't have it, but I KNOW Tracy has it.......:) Maybe she'll let me borrow it sometime. Again the taken with teal and black are awesome together.

Secret Sister's ROCK and Some very AWESOME RAK's - Thank you!
This package of goodies graced my mailbox on my birthday. Look at the stunning card and of course all of the yummy ribbon. Oh, I can't wait to dive in! Thanks DDSS big sis! There was also a package of metal edged tags.....sorry it didn't make the picture.
Here is an awesome BRAK from Greg Price - Isn't it terrific! I didn't like the Zoofari set at first but I'm seeing more and more cute stuff made with it and it's starting to grow on me. hmmmm
I think this is from my DDSS big sis, but on the return address it's my address and it says BRAK Club? or something like that. Our wedding anniversary is on the 14th. I've always wanted to see this technique in real life. You can click on the picture to get a closer look. It's the cracked glass technique. HOW COOL! I will have to buy the supplies and try this out for sure!
This is from my DD Secret Sister. Anyway, I saw this at Regionals and was boggled. This is such a cute little purse card. Thank you Big Sis!
This is the purse card folded up.
This great BRAK is from Angie Williams in Saskatchewan. Isn't it SWEET? Pun intended...you can stop giggling now....haha
This fantastic "Photo Card"? is from the Summers Family in London Ontario. What a great idea! It can hold six pictures I'm thinking, one on each side. They just roll out. So ingenious!
This beautiful card is from my DSS. She is from Enderby, BC. The butterfly is hand cut out if you can believe it. Isn't it beautiful! I love it.
This is also from my DSS in Enderby. Again the butterflies are hand cut out. It must have taken some time. Thank you Big Sis....I love your creativity!
This is a terrific BRAK from Amber in Rochester MN. I just love the scallop border with the punch outs. I have to remember this for a future creation.

Happy Birthday Lia-My Mother-In-Law
This is the card I made for my mother-in-law's birthday - July 4th.
I cased the idea from Kristina Koch's swap card I received in the Fall/Winter Preview Swap I joined with our Colourful Impressions group. I will try and upload the swap cards tomorrow.
Tagged!
Well, here goes nothing. I've been tagged by Carrie, the Artistic Avenger. Check out her blog! It's awesome! Anyway, I need to tell you 7 things about me that nobody knows. hmmm.
I'm pretty much an open book, but here it goes......
I'm pretty much an open book, but here it goes......
- I love silence....some people can't handle it, I can't get enough.
- Currently, I pull every little grey hair I find...I'm sure there are lots I can't see...lol
- I could go days without leaving the house. I wish sometimes I never had too.
- I would love to take a cake decorating course.
- I wish I were more creative in the kitchen...maybe a chef course?
- I want to someday sit down and write music or a novel.
- My husband does his own laundry.
Now I have to tag 7 people....some are going to be non crafters.....mwa hahahaha.
I check out these blogs everyday...you should too! Happy reading! I can't wait to find out everyone's secrets....lol.
